Carrot Pineapple Smoothie Ingredients:
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 3/4 cup crushed pineapple
- 4 small carrots sliced
- 1 tsp. honey
- 4 ice cubes
- Blend everything to start, except the ice cubes .
- After 10 to 15 seconds drop in ice cube one at a time until smooth.
- Makes 2 servings.
