Carrot Pineapple Smoothie Recipe

Carrot Pineapple Smoothie Recipe, Carrots and Pineapple can be added to most smoothies and despite their hard, fibrous texture, blend up nicely in a high-powered blender. 

Carrots and Pineapple are readily available year round, inexpensive and keep well for several weeks in the refrigerator as long as they are protected from drying out.   Here’s our favorite carrot smoothie recipe, Try it and enjoy!

Carrot Pineapple Smoothie Recipe

Carrot Pineapple Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 3/4 cup crushed pineapple
  • 4 small carrots sliced
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 4 ice cubes


  • Blend everything to start, except the ice cubes .
  • After 10 to 15 seconds drop in ice cube one at a time until smooth.
  • Makes 2 servings.
