Coco-Berry Smoothie Recipe, This Coconut and Berry Smoothie blends the antioxidants of blueberries and redcurrants with the raw goodness of coconut, honey and milk. Try it and enjoy!
Coco-Berry Smoothie Ingredients: |
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup red currants
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 3 tbsp. desiccated toasted coconut
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ¾ milk
Directions: |
- Put the blueberries and redcurrants in a shallow dish and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
- Puree the berries, honey, 2 tbsp. of desiccated coconut, coconut milk and milk in a blender.
- Pour into two glasses and sprinkled with the remaining desiccated coconut on top and serve.
I love smoothies, especially when the weather gets hot! This looks delicious!
