Coco-Berry Smoothie Recipe, This Coconut and Berry Smoothie blends the antioxidants of blueberries and redcurrants with the raw goodness of coconut, honey and milk.  Try it and enjoy!

Coco-Berry Smoothie Recipe

Coco-Berry Smoothie Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup red currants
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 3 tbsp. desiccated toasted coconut
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ¾ milk

Directions:

  • Put the blueberries and redcurrants in a shallow dish and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  • Puree the berries, honey, 2 tbsp. of desiccated coconut, coconut milk and milk in a blender.
  • Pour into two glasses and sprinkled with the remaining desiccated coconut on top and serve.
