Papaya Apple Smoothie Ingredients:
- 2 and 1/2 cups papaya
- 1 apple, cored
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach (or other leafy green)
- 1 whole carrot (optional), chopped
- 1/2 – 1 cup water
- Peel the papaya and remove the seeds
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender, and mix until smooth.
- Serve in a tall glass.
